Client Reviews
"Diane is extremely dedicated to her work and is thoughtful in how she develops her presentations.  Participants find her engaging, approachable and easy to understand when subject matter, particularly for boards, is difficult to understand."
Marlene Hulteen (Corporate Vice President, Retired), Michigan Hospital Association

"In November 2018 Diane Banks facilitated a workshop on the book "Being Mortal" at Temple Israel in Gary, Indiana.  After a short statistical presentation, she gave each table three questions to answer; and then brought us together to share our responses. The afternoon was spent leading us through forms to give to our children, partners and doctors.  These forms were decisions concerning end of life issues that have to be made if we are incapacitated. A worthwhile workshop for adults of all ages led by a competent guide through a thicket of difficult decisions.  Afterwards everyone talked about how caring and attentive Diane was to their own responses involving their experiences with their loved loves."

“Our practice, of 7 outpatient Physical Therapy clinics, has worked with Diane Banks several times over many years. Our primary focus with her has been quality, growth and preparation for the future trends in healthcare. Her help has been outstanding and irreplaceable. My highest compliment is probably that we are still using processes that she taught us. Also, her research and predictions of those changes in healthcare, have come true! Your leaders will be stronger and your business better by working with Diane!"

"Diane Banks leads a governing board quality day for Michigan providers. As a former hospital leader in quality, she has a deep understanding of data measures and analytics that support continuous improvement of quality and safety. She is also proficient in reimbursement models and transparency supporting quality improvement. The Michigan Health & Hospital Association governance training explains how to understand data and ask questions that advance the achievement of strategic quality goals. Balanced scorecards and scenarios are incorporated. I would highly recommend Diane Banks as a speaker and trainer."

Erin Steward, CMP (VP Field Engagement), Michigan Health & Hospital Association.

"I have worked with both Diane and JoNeil in 2 the past with the development of the nurse manager team and other interdisciplinary teams of front line leaders.  They really created an atmosphere where sharing was safe and they felt understood.  The feedback from the managers was so positive and I knew it was genuine because the team moved other obligations to make sure they could attend the presentations and workshops.  As the CNE, I was excited to have them helping me develop these leaders.  Honestly, I have to say, I looked forward to their visits also.  Diane and JoNeil provided me with an opportunity to discuss challenges and successes with someone who understood."

"We have had the opportunity to utilize the skills and expertise of Diane Banks for several board retreats over the years and we have always come away with a new sense of board commitment.

Diane’s energy and approach as well as her knowledge translated into meaningful involvement of New as well as Veteran board members.  Her method of teaching as well as her depth of knowledge assisted our board in arriving at better governance, effective strategic planning, and a recommitment to a quality approach for our board."
